Fungal Foods, School and no I can’t rhyme anymore.

Before I write about today, I have to talk about yesterday’s dinner which occured far too late for me to blog about it yesterday.

What did I have?

Mushrooms. Yes. Mushrooms. Food of the Gods.

Skeptic? I can understand since I didn’t like mushrooms either till about three years ago but ever since then….Let’s just say it’s a very special love story.

Talking about today, my INTERNET surfing has been rather slow today.

So I went to school. Yes. Back to school. (Oh the horror)

It was to GET SHIT DONE about university applications and such and let me tell you that Term-end examinations are not a good time to try and talk to teachers you know. Especially about recommendation letters. Sigh. Let’s chalk that up as yet another reason I hate End-of-term exams.

My driving school’s vehicle is broken so no ‘official’ driving lessons for moi but I’ll survive (Isn’t that the refrain of some popular song?)

But yeah. Nothing huge happened today so this is probably one of those ‘sleeper’ days we get warned about.

Onto the lessons:

1. Mushrooms deserve to be forever immortalized in the Food Hall Of Fame because Mushrooms. Also, whoever named them deserves extra credit cause just sound the word out slowly in your name and just TELL me it doesn’t sound delectable.

2. End-of-term examinations can screw you up even if you’ve already graduated.

3. I probably won’t learn a constant 3 lessons each day. But for now, looks that way. The three lessons is nothing but a gimmick. Don’t get duped into a false sense of repetition and trust in my patterns. The only thing I shall repeat is that I will learn something each day. Just not always learn three new things you know? Okay, I will shut up now.

Accomplishment.
